CHARM EVENT NOT WORKING ANYMORE

GM, when i went to Maiden in Anu and tried to deliver the ingredients for CHARM Event it says "Duty failure due to percentage"
I have brought 300 pcs Dragon Scales and 300 pcs Canine of Evil Spirits.
Always failure.
Please check it GM ASAP because the event is limited time only.
