my ID can not login

GM, please help my ID: amigdala
can not login, before that my char lagg and disconnected, and i try to log again and again but always like this: "sorry the connection to the server was failed, please try again". ( at that time the server is up).
Thanks GM for your help...wish you fix my id soon so i can play again.
