Problem when entering mandara!!!

Gm i cant enter in mandara.. When i log in my char the loading page is showing but when the bar is already full nothing happens it just stays in that page I cant use my character..... Gm plsss fix this prob..

Di po maka pasok din sa mandara simula pa po kanina pag katapos po ng maintainance... sayang naman po ung load ko prepaid user lang po ako plss po paki fix naman....
