Unable to Connect Empty Unable to Connect

Hi! I have recently downloaded the game, and followed the instructions as how to run and update. Upon running and attempting to login, It shows me a Please Connect Again Error.

As I am not very tech-savy, can I please ask for a Step by Step walkthrough as how to make the game run smoothly?
