my character zkud3 cant log into game Empty my character zkud3 cant log into game

Dear GM;

I have 3 Character in my account, Why can't log into game my Naga (Banar) name zkud3. But when I select my other character namely zkud and zkud2 can log into game..please help me to solve this problem as soon as posible...
