Send a support ticket. please include the following:
> EMAIL ADDRESS you used to register in your game account
> User Id
> EMAIL ADDRESS you used to register in your game account

When i change my password
It will open but when i click the server Hogwartz "Sorry Connection faild" it is the same of the problem f XianAsley plz help
