Section 2.04 Reflect Abuse

(1st Offence) 5000 Karma Increase
(2nd Offence) 1 Day Ban
(3rd Offence) 3 Days Ban

Section 2.05 Indecent Character Name

(1st Offence) Warning; Change Name Required
(2nd Offence) 10000 Karma Increase
(3rd Offence) 7 Days Ban

Section 2.06 Spamming

(1st Offence) Warning

Section 2.10 NATI Bug Abuse (Castle Siege)

(2nd Offence) 15 Days Ban
(3rd Offence) 30 Days Ban

Section 2.09 Killing CM/GM/Mysterious characters without official event announcements 3 consecutive times. Like a Star @ heaven

ARTICLE III. Amnesty

Section 3.01 General Amnesty

Like a Star @ heaven

(i) Amnesty is provided for those that have been wrongfully accused or wish to shorten their ban time.

Like a Star @ heaven

(ii) Accounts rewarded with amnesty will be on a tight leash. Those accounts would not go to the same process of punishment. Only one (1) chance would be given.

(iii) If the rules are to broken by the said accounts again, permanent ban without amnesty will be applied.

(iv) Amnesty prices would be based on severity of offence.

Section 3.02 Amnesty for Major Offences

Like a Star @ heaven

(i) Amnesty for Major Offences will be in effect upon payment of a reasonable fee.

(ii) Submission of supporting evidences such as screenshots or videos to open official discussions would also be considered.

(iii) Staff decisions would be based on considerable facts presented.

Section 3.03 Amnesty for Minor Offences

Like a Star @ heaven

(i) Amnesty for Minor Offences can be rewarded to those that can prove they have been wrongfully accused or upon payment of a reasonable fee.

(ii) Amnesty for Minor Offences can be totally removed or shortened by half based on the severity of offence.

Like a Star @ heaven

(iii) Submission of supporting evidences such as screenshots or videos to open official discussions would also be considered.

(iv) Staff decisions would be based on considerable facts presented.
