GM/CM Please fix my Account...

gud PM...

here's the thing, sometimes i can't log-in to the server...
pag mka Log-in na ako sa server, char ko nman ang di mka log-in....
pag nka log-in na char ko, di ako mka used ng qzp to warp any map or kahit using portal..
( for sure DC ako or no connections and sometimes i'll use (ctrl+alt+del) task manager
just to force to end the htlauncher.exe)..

what's wrong with the server? ganito po ba ka severe if ever may damage ang server?
