I would like to suggest about the Global Chat.
If you can make a delay time for the Global Chat for those who type constantly to prevent Spam/Flooding in-game.
When the player types constantly, it's really annoying.
e.g, When I have a conversation with somebody else and I unread what he says then I need to scroll up to read it.
