but before that, the SS showed that the KS Terminat0R attacked the bosses, bukampa and some attacks so therefor it is clear that the KS will be sanction for 5k karma.

hi, thats my point..
this rules is too shallow (i guess, sorry for that ROM STAFF )
but see, even this SIMPLE RULE the STAFF couldn't make it.
it was implemented but i dont think its true.. or maybe just a TEXT of RULES nothing but letters and numbers..
or maybe if i had donated, my report will be acted in 48 hours?
or because i am not a DONOR i will wait longer for the KS'ers to be sanctioned?

i hope i am wrong..
