but we need more details of what happened. did you buy it from another player?


we keep reminding the players to reconnect after buying / trading / upgrading items to avoid losing items.

Ganito kc ung story..at 1st meron newbie na nangungulit sakin..mag papatulong daw cya sa pag 2nd job quest..naka dual ako..party kami ng druka ko c ASTAROTH at ung archer ko c lKimGabzJSknOt at ug newbie.tapos nag trade ako sa akin Druka trade ko ung Mass Of Destruction Charm Asura set at Sun armor.kita ko sa notifications na walang trade success.pag ka tapos nun na wala na ung items na dapat kung e trade sa isa kung account.please po make action to this issuee..

SAME DIN SA AKIN GM.. ung character ko nasa shambala na at wala ng items lahat ubos ung TA set, Magical set wala lahat.. ano ung nangyari doon GM?

hindi nmn ako magkakamali e..kasi nag dual nga ako..makikita ung trade tab ung dalawa kong account...tapos pag click ko ng items sa trading tab nakikita ko rin sa isang kong account..tapos nun pag click ko na ang trade e ung biglang na wala ung items ko..

sana GM magawan to ng paraan na mabalik ung mga items namin.. kc ang hirap nito pag nagpa tuloy ang dami ng bugs dahan2 kau mawawalan ng players. no offend po baka kalaunan ma shut down kau kac d ganun kaganda ung nilalakad ng server..
