So weve already have 3 reset because of the event and all we need is 5 reset to get the max resets all in all... am i right? so if we will planning to donate for the reset we can only reset for 5x more Question

Right. You can only reset your character with the following :

Level4 reset +1000 chakras ( 100 php )
Level5 reset +1250 chakras ( 150 php )
Level6 reset +1500 chakras ( 150 php )
Level7 reset +1750 chakras ( 200 php )
Level8 reset +2000 chakras ( 300 php )

Total of 6500 Chakras for 900 php
