Blade of Hogwartz +7 disapeared

Hi GMs,
I had a little problem with vananta! with my Kendra char
Indeed, I used, as all players, a prajati + a kuntu to increase to +8 my Blade of Hogwartz! But, I don't understand why but the item has disappeared ...
Can you do something for it ?

yes..i told him to use Kuntu since it was not on the list of BUGGED items like Abate..he showed me his Blade of Hogwartz after GM Raven gave his reward to Castle Guards Testers like Albus..
