DISABLE USING SILFIJAN AT KRUMA

but i feel that silfijan user at kruma is coward or legal cheater
with one reason :
if we success kill him..., he will use silfijan, his cooltime drop to 0, but our cooltime still ticking
with that he can easy kill us again..., so what the point ???

dear GM, please consider it and disable using silfijan at kruma
so it can make war more excited
