About some Char KARMA bug abuser

1. GM/CM Any action for those char doing Duel bug to make other char Killer.
2. And also GM/CM some of the char remove all there item hit the strong char so that they will be killed by reflect.

there is a punishment of that cases, if only there is an evidence such as video or PRINT SCREEN as a proof of the said abuse.
