VIDYA DEBUFF (OVER POWERED)

everytime i respawn, vidya just debuff me and i get 1 HIT KO EVERYTIME.
(even wearing brahma sun set+15 can be 1 HIT KO by that debuff)
example my hp is 200k, when debuff by vidya it becomes 90k-100k.
(seriously, even TANKS(SATYA) can be 1hit because of this FAST COOLDOWN DEBUFF)
this vidya debuff needs increased in cooldown.
90-120 seconds is my suggestion.

yung hp debuff ng vidya sobrang imba, tignan nyo naman. try it yourself para malaman nyo gano ka-imba debuff ng vidya. hindi yung mismong debuff yung imba, YUNG CD ANG BILIS. every respawn debuff lng agad tapos half ng hp reduced. 200k magiging 100k. tapos aun kahit naka amara set lng 1 hit parin.
