about killer?

i just raged now and killed 3 player ,
after that i got 1.8k karma i dont have damage anymore when it goes 1750 i had then i went to kruma but somethin wrong like karma decreases movespeed i know karma is karma
so what is the disadvantage of it? no hp and tp recover ? then whats more
