i cant connect!

when i open the update. it says it cant connect to the net.
but we have net good and nice!

im just curious on how we can prevent scammers or cheaters in this game? i mean what steps should we do so that it'll be sufficient evidence for you to BAN that account or take the item from that account and give it to the one that got scammed. players should know these things to avoid any future scamming or cheating and also it'll help you guys to easily take action based on these rules or guidelines.
