Cant Creat an Account..

I've been creating an account on the game.. but every time i logged the account it does not exist... i've been checking my mails but there are no verification that was sent... i tried creating another account and still nothing happen.. on the process of creating my account it shows the account have successfully created but no verification send please help... i created 4 accounts already and nothing works
