Lag Issue on the Server

Hi, To GM Rom, why the server is lagging? where is the hoster located?, me and my friends can't focus on playing because it lags nor delay, can you pls fix it? In addition, the players were not that many, so why the heavy lag occurs?

Yeap!..can't play well, i can't enjoy this server!!! every time i go kruma all i encounter is LAG!!..i'll die because of Lag!..i'll be DCed then what?..from time to time that i will log back in to game and go KRUMA, this freakin lag breaks my mood for playing on your server!!..take note we're not just a normal players!..we're donators!!!...so GM, use those money for improving your server not your pocket/wallet!!! just saying!!...
