you can find it at our item mall 
make sure u dont use chakra reset when ur character has been reseted. all extra chakra will be gone if u used chakra reset

arnee is right ! dont use chakra reset when your character is max reset or else you need to file for a ticket if you accidentally used it ..
ive proven it with my char.. but thanks to GMs for quick response
